What is personal training?

Personal training is one-on-one training tailored to each individual, making it a particularly effective way of achieving your fitness goals. The intensive training sessions are designed with your absolute safety in mind, thus minimizing any risk of injury.

Our first initial consultation is free of charge, and allows us to identify your expectations and objectives.

We determine your starting point based on your medical history and initial tests. This allows us to measure and qualify your personal training results.

Training whenever and wherever you like

We train you at a location and time of your choice.

Be it at home, at work or in a nearby park, we will find the training location most suited to you and bring any necessary training machines or equipment on the agreed day, at the agreed time.
